Cosmetics
There will be many different cosmetics available for players to earn, build, or buy, in Gyre. Players will have the ability to customize their character to the max, with many options such as character skins, auras, trails, name fonts, projectile tints, etc, being possible. Some cosmetics will be available year-round, with others being available for limited periods or in limited quantities. Gyre will offer a large number of cosmetics for sale, but many will be exclusive to different activities or time-sensitive events.
Items
There are plans to sell some items (including consumables), but great care is being taken to ensure that this system is balanced. Pay-to-win is antithetical to our values at Gyre. An example item that could be available for purchase is a 1 week XP boost. Something such as that doesn't give players a material advantage over other players, but can benefit their experience playing Gyre.
